So, I feel like I should write something on here, cause I often get on and read what other people write, but I just don't ever feel like taking the time to make a post. And there's not really much going on in my life. I also feel like I should make a title for my post since it has a space for it up there, but I don't know what to write, so I'm not going to write anything.

Um so I had a really fun weekend this weekend. Well, part of it. I also took two huge tests on Saturday. I have to pass them in order to get my teaching lisence, and they cost like $100 each, so I really hope I pass! I think I'll be ok on the 2nd one, which I had to write 12 essays for, but the Spanish one is the one I'm pretty worried about because it was pretty hard. I am so relieved to have them over with though, because they were really stressful. So Friday night I spent studying for them with my friend Amanda. Then Saturday I got up at 5:30 to be at WSU to take the Spanish one (waaaay to early to have to understand Spanish! lol). It was 2 hrs long, then Amanda and I came back here and took a nap then went to lunch before our 2nd test at 2, which was also 2 hrs long. 2 hrs is a long time to be writing! After my tests, I just came home and collapsed on the couch and didn't want to move. Finally I did, and I went over and hung out with Paula and Nathan since they were in town. We played cards and ate pizza, which was fun. Then on our way home, we got a call that some people were hanging out at Walmart. So we decided to stop by and ended up staying there playing games for quite awhile. It was tons of fun. Sunday I ended up not going to church because I was still exhausted and Jen wasn't going because she wasn't feeling all that great because she has a bad cough/cold. So we slept in. That afternoon our mom wanted to go to some thing out in Yoder that she thought sounded cool. So our family went and Mike went with us, but it ended up just being a store that sells a bunch of nativity sets, which is not what we thought it was going to be at all! But that's ok. Then we went home and were going to work on homework, but Emily called and wanted to come over and play games, so she and Jimmy came over and they called Chuck and Mike too, so we played Scattergories, Catch Phrase, and Pictionary. It was tons of fun, too. Then a bunch of other people came over for Lindsey's surprise b-day party, which I had just found out the night before was going to be Sunday night at our house, which is fine, except I was very ready to just be home and relax and have some "me" time which was MUCH needed, but that was kinda hard to do with a bunch of people over! But that's ok, I just had had a stressful weekend and no time to de-stress. So all in all, it was a fun weekend.

Wow, I really did not think I was going to be writing much! Lol. Danielle's over here studying now, so I should probably get off and get my study on too. Yay for only 1 more day of school/work till the break! Woohoo! I hope everyone reading this has a great Thanksgiving.

So, it's been a really, really long time since I've been on here. Whoops. But I'm still alive in case anyone was wondering. Not much really going on here. School's ok...as good as it's ever gonna get probably. This semester is so much better and less stressful than the last, although not completely stress-free. Most of my classes aren't too bad...with the exception of Romance Linguistics. I'm pretty sure I'm going to fail that class. I'm hoping for a C in there. The teacher isn't very good, (although he does know a lot, he's just not good at teaching it) and there's soooo much information to learn in such a short time and I'm soooo confused! We're pretty much learning about 8 different languages in there and I don't know anything about any of them except for Spanish! It's very difficult. But the rest of my classes really aren't too bad this semester, which I'm thankful for! Umm, what else? Work's going good. I enjoy working with Betsy and the other 2nd grade teachers. I still miss my kids at the daycare though. The house is still good. It's really nice with just the three of us, although I know my parents wouldn't agree, since they're paying the 4th person's rent right now. And that's really about all there is to my life right now, pretty much just school, work, and hangin out. Well I guess there is a boy too now if anyone still reads this and doesn't know about that. He's pretty great and I really like him a lot. Ok, now I think that's it for an update on my life. Let me know if anyone still reads this!

I got to drop one of my classes tonight! Woohoo! It felt very nice to get to do that. So I'm only taking 14 hours now instead of 17! Hopefully that will make my semester much easier. And I'll get to sleep in on Mondays and Wednesdays now which will be nice since I'll have classes till 8:30 those 2 nights. I'll still be taking the class I dropped in the summer though....in MEXICO! Which means I'm for sure going!!! I'm really excited! I'm sure as it gets closer to the summer I'll get nervous about going, but as of now I'm just excited. I'll be gone for 6 weeks, from the middle of June through the end of July. Which means I'll be gone for both Meredith and Royce, and Emily and Jimmie's weddings (they're on the same day)....but my parents said they'd think about letting me fly back for that weekend so I can go. Which I really, really hope so cause that would suck to miss 2 of my best friend's weddings! So yep, I'm excited tonight.

I also got to hang out with Jill and Mandie tonight. That was a lot of fun cause I hadn't seen either of them in awhile. I went to starbucks with Mandie this afternoon, then we met Jen and home when she got off work and made scotcharoos. They were yummy. We burnt some chocolate though which made the house stink for awhile. Lol. But they taste very good, so it's all ok. Then we just hung out around here and talked. It was nice to just sit and talk to those girls. I'm gonna go with them to get manicures on Wednesday which will be fun.

I start work again tomorrow. I haven't worked in 2 weeks since school was out and I couldn't work at the daycare. The break was definately nice, but it'll be fun to see the kids again. I've been feeling sorta sick yesterday and today with a cold and cough, so hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow working all day. Which means I should probably go to bed now and get extra rest.

Goodnight!

I'm back! This week was amazing for me. For any of you who didn't know, I went to Passion '07 in Atlanta, Georgia (You can look it up at www.268generation.com/passion07 if you want). I'm not sure if there is anything more beautiful than 24,000 college students worshipping God together. It was awesome to have 4 days of that. The speakers (Louie Giglio, John Piper, Beth Moore, and Francis Chan) were great and the worship was amazing! We had Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, Charlie Hall, and the David Crowder Band leading the music for us. It was great. I came away from this week challenged to go deeper. God reminded me that there is more. And I want more. It was also awesome that anywhere we went in downtown Atlanta or on the Marta (their subway) or pretty much anywhere, we would pass other college students from Passion talking to each other about God. It was really cool to hear people talking about God everywhere we went. We also got into some neat conversations with people from Atlanta, which was encouraging. This week was sooo refreshing to me, exactly what I needed. I'm excited for my relationship with Christ to go deeper and to grow closer and more in love with Him.

So I'm just sitting around waiting for Brooke to get here so we can  hang out () so I thought I'd write something while I'm waiting. My Christmas was pretty good. Not too exciting or near as fun as it usually is since my aunt and uncle couldn't come. That's the main reason why I love Christmas, cause all my family is in town and they're sooo much fun! Oh well, it wasn't too bad, just not as fun as usual. Yesterday I spent all day running errands with my cousin. It was a lot of fun. I was so worn out by the time we were done though! We went to at least like 20-25 different places. But we got a lot accomplished and it was nice to spend the day with her. I thought I was going to be working this break at the daycare, but they can't get ahold of payroll so they can rehire me and get me back in the system, so I haven't been able to work. The extra money would have been helpful, but it has been nice to have a break from both school and work, so I guess I won't complain too much. I have gone and visited Jen a few times just so I can see my Landon. I love him and it would have been awesome to work with him again, but oh well. Sunday morning (like really early in the morning) we leave for Passion in Atlanta. I'm not really sure who all is going or anything, but it should be fun. At least I'm excited. We'll be gone for a week then get back sometime I think on Friday. I don't really know what the plans are, I'm just going along with the flow. lol. Umm what else to say? I guess there's not really anything else, so I'll get off cause Brooke's here. Yay for hanging out with her!
